High Valley Builders was founded in 2024 by Jacob Bailey and Matt Shoun.

Matt is from a family with deep roots in Johnson County, Tennessee. His love for building began at a young age while helping his grandfather construct barns on the family farm. Jacob, originally from Mooresville, North Carolina, brings years of experience in carpentry and woodworking, along with a deep connection to horses and mules.

Together, they share a respect for traditional building methods, honest materials, and structures made to serve both land and people for generations.
